"I had the opportunity to take our family to NOKO Nashville to celebrate a birthday and can safely say that Noko isn’t just a restaurant - it’s an experience. We sat at the large high-top table in the bar/kitchen area in full view of Chef "Junior" Vo and his live-fire grill. We spent the evening watching Chef Junior manipulate the fire and put out an amazing array of food for the restaurant. We ordered two of most everything they had on the menu and shared everything. Table favorites included the Tuna Crispy Rice, Tomahawk Ribeye, Smike Fish Dip and Smoked Gochujang Hot Wings, but can't really pick out anything that we didn't like. Everything was amazing including the top-tier staff. From the moment we were greeted to the moment we walked away, the Noko experience was nothing short of magical."
